Revamp the entrie DC Government!

The problem:

Lazy, incompetent workers

My proposed solution:

Get rid of lazy workers. Get rid of corrupt individuals! Hire those who are willing to do their job. Bottom line! Many think because they work for the government that they don't have to do their jobs. This creates a backlog of work and redtape. Also, start holding employees accountable for their work or lack of work.

Why solving this problem will benefit DC residents and workers:

It will decrease the number of complaints to city officials.

It will increase productivity.

Offer more training in areas like customer service, training in the respective jobs, etc.

Empower residents and workers of DC to take back their city and let them know the government works for them, not the other way around.

Increase trust in DC Government.
